MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – In order to address public safety concerns following the early-October mass shooting in downtown Montgomery, the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board is enacting a series of policy changes limiting how alcohol is sold in entertainment districts.
In a letter addressed to Governor Kay Ivey Monday, the Board described several key changes implemented at her request.
