- Cooked pulled pork in the hot box next to the 1-door cooler in the main kitchen was found at 111°F. An employee stated it was prepared beforehand, reheated to 180°F on the day of inspection, and placed in the hot box at 8 AM.
- The report said that there was no visible thermometer in the 1-door cooler located in the main kitchen area.
- An unlabeled container with a white substance was found in the dry storage area, as per the report.
- Metal shelves under the prep table in the center of the main kitchen area were lined with cardboard.
- A hand sink in the main kitchen was leaking wastewater, the report said.
- The report mentioned that broken floor tiles were observed in the main kitchen area.
