Pensacola food pantry sees unprecedented need as SNAP to pause amid gov shutdown

PENSACOLA, Fla. — Several food pantries in Northwest Florida say they are feeling the pressure to fill in the gaps.

“Tender Hearts Caring Hands” in Pensacola hands out food to those in need nearly everyday. Staff at the food pantry say they’ve never seen a need like this before.
