Plea agreement reached to drop murder charge for 17-year-old in deadly drive-by shooting at wrong east Indy house

INDIANAPOLIS — A 17-year-old girl has signed a plea agreement to drop a murder charge against her in relation to a deadly drive-by shooting at the wrong house on Indy’s east side—in exchange for her testimony against the other two teens involved.

According to court documents, Savannah Allen will plead guilty to assisting a criminal, which is a Level 5 felony.

Allen’s sentence is open, court documents say, and she will not be sentenced until after her cooperation is complete in testifying in the murder cases against Tyler Gibson and Joaquin Harmon-Segura…
