Yosemite Lakes, CA – A minor earthquake struck just southeast of Yosemite Lakes Wednesday afternoon, briefly shaking parts of eastern Fresno County. The magnitude 2.6 quake hit around 10:28 a.m. local time at a depth of roughly 19 kilometers, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
According to the California Integrated Seismic Network, the tremor was centered about three kilometers southeast of Yosemite Lakes and was automatically recorded as part of the Northern California Seismic System.
