A blighted property in South is set to get new life as officials unveiled plans for redevelopment. Lansing Mayor Andy Schor and Novi Properties spoke Tuesday at 820 Miller Road, a run-down property that will eventually become the home of a laundromat, event space, brunch restaurant and more.
