MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW)–Previously known as Saigon Cafe now under new ownership, Lemongrass Pho and Thai Cuisine opened its doors in August under owner Sak Yienjuntuek, who also owns and operates several other restaurants along the Grand Strand.
After seeing the success of his other concepts, Yienjuntuek wanted to create a restaurant focused on authentic Vietnamese and Thai cuisine.
“So that kind of gave me something to think about. Well, I can open another restaurant, which is we have Thai, we have Thai and sushi, and we have some Chinese and Japanese a little bit together.
