An impatient man waiting to use a bathroom was sarrested after an alleged attack at Spanish Springs Town Springs.
Charles Anthony Gunn, 56, of Leesburg, went into a restaurant at Spanish Springs at about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday where he wanted to use a restroom, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department. The name of the restaurant was redacted from the arrest report.
Gunn found that the restroom door was closed because a restaurant staffer was trying to fix a broken paper towel dispenser. Gunn banged on the door, prompting the restaurant employee to open the door and inform Gunn that more time would be required to fix the paper towel dispenser. Gunn became belligerent and began using loud, profane language.
