ICE Arrests Violent Offender with Multiple Deportations in Arlington

On October 17, 2025, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers, with support from the FBI and the State Department’s Diplomatic Security Service, arrested Carlos Ramirez-Guzman, an undocumented immigrant from El Salvador, in Arlington, Virginia.

Ramirez-Guzman has a criminal record that includes charges such as aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on a law enforcement officer, domestic battery, and illegal reentry after deportation. ICE officials noted Ramirez-Guzman’s repeated offenses and previous removals from the United States.
