The development pledges to serve households earning from 30% up to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), integrating essential on-site supportive services. According to information released by Palm Beach County’s newsroom, these amenities include access to physicians, a home health office, a wellness center, constant emergency assistance, and periodic wellness check-ins with residents.
Energy efficiency and environmental consideration are foundational to the project.
