Elder Services of Worcester Area, Inc. (ESWA) has been named one of the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts for 2025. The announcement was made on October 29, 2025, in Boston during the 25th anniversary of the list. The recognition is presented by The Women’s Edge and The Boston Globe. It highlights women leaders who contribute to the state’s economy and communities.
Lisa Kippax is the Executive Director of ESWA. She leads the organization in its work to support older adults and their families in Worcester. Under her leadership, ESWA is among organizations led by women that together report $141 billion in total revenue and operating budgets. This is a 13% increase from the previous year.
The 2025 event was held at the Marriott Copley Place in Boston. It brought together business and community leaders from sectors such as healthcare, finance, education, technology, and the arts. Governor Maura Healey and Boston Mayor Michelle Wu attended and recognized the honorees.
