On September 21, 2025, the Riverton Police Department in Utah responded to a report of an assault at a local residence. Witnesses reported a group fight and several vehicles leaving the scene. Officers stopped two vehicles and identified three men involved in the incident. According to police, the men had tattoos that officers associated with gangs and did not have identification. Authorities stated that the men were non-citizens with previous re-entry offenses and pending felony charges.
