BALTIMORE, MD—Metro Crime Stoppers and the Baltimore Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for the fatal shooting of Stephen Phillips (pictured) on October 20, 2025, in northeast Baltimore. A cash reward of up to $8,000 is being offered for any anonymous tip that leads to a felony charge and an arrest in the case.
The deadly incident occurred at approximately 10:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of Cameron Road. Police confirmed that Phillips, 35, was shot and tragically killed. A 31-year-old female victim was also injured in the shooting and is expected to survive.
