BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A woman who was killed after getting struck by a vehicle in Oildale on Sunday was identified, according to the Kern County Coroner’s Office.
Melani Joann Seeger, 38, was walking northbound on Airport Drive at 8:46 p.m. Oct. 26 when a vehicle also traveling northbound struck her, according to officials.
Seeger was sent in a northeast direction and was pronounced dead at the scene, the California Highway Patrol previously said.
