Millcreek Township is moving into their next steps for the Zem Zem Shrine Club.
The township purchased the property for $3.6 million and closed on it last week.

The shrine club will still be in full operation, honoring all of their contracts for 2026. Millcreek Supervisor Dan Ouellet said they will also be looking at next steps during 2026.
This includes the development phases, potential interior and exterior design and potential partners.
