1 dead, 1 injured after stabbing at gas station
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A man is dead and another hospitalized with critical injuries after they were found stabbed Wednesday night at a downtown Indianapolis gas station, police say.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department was sent to a report of a person stabbed just after 10:20 p.m. Wednesday at 401 Kentucky Ave., the address of the Speedway gas station and convenience store that sits a block west of Lucas Oil Stadium. Images from the scene showed numerous police cars and officers at the scene within the hour after the report.
The men were taken to Eskenazi Hospital in critical conditions, but one of them — believed to be the perpetrator — died about 11 p.m. Wednesday, IMPD said…
