A man accused of fatally shooting his stepfather at a Marietta apartment complex has been arrested by a SWAT team in Gwinnett County.
Pharron Carlos Banks, 26, had been on the run since Monday night. He is suspected of fatally shooting his stepfather, 58-year-old Michael Jackson.
