LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Lawmakers are asking the Kentucky Parole Board to keep Ronald Exantus in prison after he was brought back to Kentucky from Florida.
The Kentucky General Assembly said the events in Florida show continued danger.

“Mr. Exantus’s actions in Florida represent a direct violation of his reentry, including failure to abide by the law in another jurisdiction and an apparent attempt to conceal his violent criminal history from the community in which he moved. This deliberate concealment demonstrates a disregard for the safety of others and an ongoing risk to the public,” The Kentucky General Assembly wrote in a letter.
The assembly is asking the parole board to reconsider Exantus’ release and that the Department of Corrections reconsider any credit previously granted toward early release…
