New details in San Francisco Condor Club killing

Three weeks after the body of a man who managed San Francisco’s legendary topless bar, the Condor Club, was found lying in a bike lane on a Santa Rosa street, details on the suspect and possible motivation are emerging.

On Friday, Oct. 3, close to 6:30 a.m., a resident in Santa Rosa reported a body in the road on the 2200 block of Brookwood Avenue. Police officers soon located a deceased man with a gunshot wound and identified him as Mark Calcagni, a 60-year-old resident of Santa Rosa and manager of the Condor.

Two former employees at the famous North Beach strip club, Richard Anthony Lund, 43, and Asia Lozano Morton, 25 — both residents of Dublin in the East Bay — were arrested on Saturday in connection with the killing…
