FITCHBURG, Wis. — Ollie’s Madison is offering a pay-what-you-can service on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays on select items in response to the SNAP benefits set to cut off on Saturday.
According to the restaurant, the promotion will continue until the benefits are restored and is available for dine-in customers.
Customers may order one of the following items:
- Smoke tofu with mashed potatoes and herbed carrots
- Roast chicken with mashed potatoes and herbed carrots
- Butter noodles
- Mac and cheese
Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are available as well.
