Public defender assigned in Chick-fil-A murder case

The man accused of killing a delivery driver and attacking a maintenance worker at Chick-fil-A in Oswego last week has been assigned the Public Defender’s Office by a Kendall County judge in his murder case.

Nineteen-year-old Darryl Lee Jr. of Kankakee made a brief appearance in Kendall County Court Thursday morning.
