COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Police arrested a man Wednesday evening after he allegedly stole a car the night before.
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), the theft occurred in the 500 block West of Garden of the Gods Road Tuesday night.
