Las Vegas (KSNV) — The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the Clark County School District, and the City of Henderson have launched a Halloween-themed traffic safety initiative.
As part of the effort, officers dressed in costumes, including a big octopus, to catch drivers who failed to stop.
