Court docs: Woman punched in face hit with flagpole by man at homeless outreach event

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A woman is recovering, and a man is being held at the Multnomah County Jail after an attack at a homeless outreach event.

The investigation began Sunday Oct. 26 when Portland Police responded to the OHSU Emergency Room to speak with the alleged victim.

The woman told officers a stranger at a homeless outreach event earlier that day had handed her a note with religious themes that was addressed to Eve and signed by “Viscount Makhalowich Consult Roma.”…
