ALBANY — A new apartment complex on Colvin Avenue in Albany is nearly complete.
Local developers and elected officials toured the new Colvin Avenue Commons on Wednesday. The complex at 60 Colvin Ave. is slated to bring 63 new apartments — 49 one-bedroom units and 14 two-bedroom units — to the city’s rental market, according to a news release.
The rents will vary based on residents’ incomes. The units are income-restricted and open only to those earning 40% to 80% of the area’s median income. A family of four could make a maximum of $89,000 per year to quality, the Albany Business Review reported…
