Former Baltimore teachers still awaiting pay after non-profit claims it completed payments

BALTIMORE, Md. (WBFF) — A group of eight former Baltimore City teachers is embroiled in a dispute with the Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center (LTYC), a non-profit they claim owes them unpaid wages.
