25-011371 – 5300 BLK Spriggs Street – Theft – Police spoke with the complainant who reported seeing a man attempting to steal a tool bag from his front porch. The man grabbed the bag but quickly dropped it. He was wearing a gray jacket and a gray backpack and was riding a bike towards Ringgold Road. The suspect has not been identified at this time…
