Release of so-called ‘Senior Stalker’ recommended, case goes to full parole board

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A convicted criminal infamously known as the “Senior Stalker” could get out of prison. His fate will be decided in January.

Dale Jackson was convicted in 1987 for violently attacking eight people between the ages of 61 and 95. Jackson was sentenced to 90 to 150 years in prison.
