EVANSVILLE — The man convicted of neglect in relation to the death of his 12-year-old daughter will serve nine years in prison, according to the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office.
Brent M. Bredhold was sentenced by Vanderburgh County Circuit Court Judge Ryan Hatfield last week after a 12-member jury handed down a guilty conviction earlier this month.
This comes more than a year after Alice Bredhold died of what Evansville police said was untreated diabetes. Alice’s mother, Ashley Marie Bredhold, is currently set to stand trial Feb. 17, 2026, on neglect charges…
