EXCLUSIVE | Fayette County Schools budget director claims retaliation for financial warnings

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – For the first time, the Fayette County Schools budget director who was placed on administrative leave is speaking out about her treatment by the district.

Ann Sampson-Grimes, executive director of budget and financial planning for Fayette County Public Schools, appeared exclusively on WKYT streaming program “Afternoon Buzz with Dave Baker.” She was joined by her attorney Brandon Voelker, who is representing her in a civil lawsuit against the district.
