CANTONMENT, Fla. — Nearly 2 million gallons of treated wastewater and stormwater spilled into Eleven Mile Creek from the International Paper Mill in Cantonment on Monday, according to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
They say the mill site overflowed due to Sunday’s heavy rains.
