Grosvenor Gardens in Raleigh is offering 58 affordable housing units. Ten of these units are reserved for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Residents, including Aaron Davis and John Pendzich, say the apartments allow them to live independently and access local amenities.
The project is supported by a $3.2 million grant from the City of Raleigh to CASA. Other partners include HOPE NC, Alliance Health, Wake County, Congresswoman Ross’s office, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
