Federal agent fires on man amid Southern California immigration operation

Two men are in custody after an immigration enforcement operation in Ontario Thursday erupted in gunfire, a shooting now being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

The incident, according to the Department of Homeland Security, occurred at around 6:30 a.m. in the 2800 block of South Vineyard Avenue in the city of Ontario.
