GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – With Halloween trick-or-treating happening tomorrow, the Green Bay Police Department is reminding families to stay safe while having fun.
Trick-or-treating hours in Green Bay are from 4 to 7 p.m., and officers are encouraging both kids and parents to take extra precautions.
They say at least one person in every group should wear something reflective to help drivers and others see them in the dark…
