A beloved local bookstore is turning the page to a new chapter. Books by the Pound, located at 1010 E Lincoln Ave in Searcy, is opening a second location in North Little Rock!
The new shop will be located at 601 W 4th Street, just a block from the river and Dickey-Stephens Park, offering the perfect blend of charm, space and community energy.
Housed in a spacious 1951 building on two acres, the upcoming location features a lush grassy knoll and plenty of room for visitors, including 100 parking spots. It’s a fitting expansion for a store known for its treasure-hunt atmosphere and book-lover appeal.
