EMILY, Minn. (FOX 9) – A Minneapolis Police Department (MPD) recruit was arrested after a DWI rollover crash in Crow Wing County and is no longer part of the force.
Luke David Tungseth, 37, of Blaine, is charged with DWI and carrying a pistol while under the influence.
