Metal from chimney damages mayor’s vehicle near City Hall

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – One of the SUVs used by St. Louis Mayor Cara Spencer was damaged by a piece of metal that fell from an unused chimney.

The vehicle was parked on Wednesday afternoon, next to City Hall, when the incident occurred.
