SHREVEPORT, La. — Mayor Tom Arceneaux continues to recover well as he receives treatment for pneumonia, according to a statement from the city.
His doctors have prescribed a full course of intravenous antibiotics, which requires him to remain in the hospital until the treatment is complete. He is expected to be discharged on Monday and return to City Hall on Tuesday.
