Las Vegas targets illegal dog breeding with new crackdown

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A city of Las Vegas initiative targeting illegal dog breeding and unlicensed animal sales continues to make a major impact.

Operation Pawsitive Change has led to dozens of citations and rescued puppies since the summer.
