PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – The Stark Street Bridge on the Sandy River closed Wednesday after a semi-truck crashed while attempting to cross.
Multnomah County officials said the truck collided with the west bridge approach and was stuck as of 1:30 p.m. Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
