RAVENNA − A Portage County jury has ruled that a Lorain County man is guilty of raping and sexually abusing a girl in Streetsboro.
The Portage County Common Pleas Court jury found Franklin E. Janszo, 63, of Wellington, guilty of three counts of first-degree felony rape and four counts of third-degree felony gross sexual imposition on Oct. 29. The offenses were committed during a six-month period in 2022 when the girl was 10, according to a grand jury indictment.
