LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — When driving through downtown Lexington, it may be easy to notice a well-known building under construction.
Originally home to Festival Market, the building that sits at the corner of Main Street and Broadway is being transformed to offer community members food, shopping, and more.

Upon walking in, the noise of bults turning and the sights of improvements filter through the building, with four contractors on site at 325 W. Main, also the building’s name.
