BOSTON (WWLP) – Massachusetts General Hospital shared spooky photos of babies ready to celebrate their first Halloween in the neonatal intensive care units.

The babies are all residents of the hospital’s neonatal unit, or “NICU.” They are all dressed up as some of the smallest Disney characters you’ll ever see.

The hospital is calling it a spook-tacular celebration of courage, cuteness, and care.

“In the NICU we love to celebrate every baby’s milestone no matter how small. A babies first holiday is something every parent cherishes. Being able to bring some extra joy and normalcy to the families during this time is such an honor.” – Erika Nolin, RN, a PICU nurse and one of the photoshoot organizers.
