BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – A Baton Rouge pastor who dedicated his life to ministering to the homeless has passed away, but those who knew him say his legacy will continue to shine.
Pastor Joe Moore, known for preaching the word of God in an open parking lot rather than a traditional church, died this week at 77 years old.
