LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office has provided some Halloween safety tips for parents and children planning on trick-or-treating Friday evening.
Children of all ages are encouraged to stay visible by wearing glow sticks and high visibility clothing and using flashlights.
