NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – New Orleans police need help locating a woman wanted in connection with auto theft and illegal possession of stolen property.
Authorities said Shanika Shaquita Turner, 42, may live in Chalmette. Turner is accused of stealing a 2002 Buick from a parking lot in the 4100 block of South Carrollton Avenue at about 4:25 a.m. Oct. 7.
Police said Turner sold the stolen vehicle to a scrap yard on Oct. 17, and it was later destroyed…
