MILWAUKEE – Without action from Congress or a federal judge, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) – known as FoodShare in Wisconsin – is expected to run out of money on Saturday, leaving thousands of families uncertain about how they’ll afford groceries.
