SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Oct. 30, 2025 (Gephardt Daily) – An attempted traffic stop early Thursday morning took an unexpected turn, when someone inside the vehicle that was being pulled over allegedly fired a flare at Salt Lake City police officers.
The driver then bolted, leading police on a chase which stretched from Salt Lake all the way to West Valley City.
