The Rockville City Police Department (RCPD) will host a gun buyback event on Saturday, November 2, offering residents an opportunity to safely surrender firearms in exchange for gift cards.
Last year, the Rockville event collected 270 firearms, and County officials say the program aims to reduce the number of unwanted guns in homes and enhance community safety.
