Local chef heading to war-torn Ukraine to help rebuild hospital, spread kindness

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio (WJW) – A renowned Cleveland chef is heading to Ukraine to provide comfort through cooking amid Russia’s continued attacks.

The latest strikes have targeted Ukraine’s energy infrastructure in Kyiv. Overnight, Russian forces launched more than 700 drone and missile attacks across the country, causing rolling blackouts and widespread damage.
